Frank Geiser named CEO of Zafin Labs AG Deutschland

He comes to Zafin Labs with extensive management and consulting experience in financial and high-tech industries and will be heading the Company’s operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets.

Before joining Zafin Labs, Mr. Geiser held a senior managerial post with Communicant Semiconductor Technologies AG in Germany. He brings a wealth of legal, business and academic experience, having served as a board member of Gist; a member of the Association for Banking Law and the Academic Association for Banking Law in Frankfurt. He was a member the Berlin/Brandenburg Working Forum For Insolvency Law and was a principal founder of Geiser and von Oppen, which specialized in the creation and reorganization of companies in the regenerative energy, communication, automotive and infrastructure industries.
