As the North American Solution Ambassador, Ken Picard works with financial institutions to understand current pricing solutions and infrastructures, to identify business and technology issues, and to propose, explain and demonstrate miRevenue based solutions. Mr. Picard also defines new business and technical requirements for Zafin products and engineering groups, ensuring that future product releases continue to support highly leveraged customer solutions.
Mr. Picard has spent more than 20 years planning and implementing technology solutions in the financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors. His diverse career includes roles in software engineering, systems and application architecture, pre-sales support, project management and consulting, IT support and engineering management. He was also a founding principal in several software development and consulting services companies.
In the late 90's. Mr. Picard spent almost 5 years as the manager of global Unix engineering for Credit Suisse First Boston, based in New York City. More recently he spent 3 years at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto managing the server infrastructure, support teams, and working as a senior application architect.
Mr. Picard has a Degree in Microcomputer Engineering Technology.
