	Jim Bailey joins the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bailey has enjoyed a very successful career to date including experience as CEO and CFO of Telecel International, a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom Holdings. He joins Zafin Labs in the midst of the company’s continued accelerating growth and will bring his 20 years of experience to bear in this important executive capacity. Mr. Bailey will be based out of Zafin Labs UK office in London.

	Sundar Ramachandran is the new Executive Vice President and Global Head of Delivery for Zafin Labs. Mr. Ramachandran brings over 30 years of experience in the software industry and will oversee the critical function of ensuring Zafin Labs’ continued excellence in Solution Delivery. He has managed the implementation of new banking solutions at Citibank and Standard Chartered (through Scope International). Mr. Ramachandran will be based out of the Zafin Labs India office in Trivandrum.

	Chris Kenney joins as the new Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. To this newly created position Mr. Kenney brings over 15 years of experience in software partnering in the Financial Services industry. As a pioneer in relationship pricing and centralized billing Mr. Kenney has delivered success in an executive capacity at several notable firms including Avolent and Oracle. He will be based out of Zafin Labs new US office in San Francisco.
