As Managing Director - North America, based in Toronto, Canada, Dinesh Krishnan oversees all of Zafin Labs' North American operations. Krishnan is responsible for leading the expansion of Zafin Labs' North American franchise and managing the complete customer experience from sales to delivery.

Mr. Krishnan is a senior relationship pricing domain subject matter expert and has been involved in development of customer-centric client strategies with specific focus on relationship based pricing and loyalty for banks globally.

Previously, Mr. Krishnan served as the Vice President of Business Advisory at Zafin Labs. Krishnan founded the Business Advisory practice at Zafin Labs, which is responsible for advising customers on exploiting the value proposition of the miRevenue suite of products for enhanced earnings growth.

Prior to his work with Zafin Labs, Mr. Krishnan worked for a global investment bank and was responsible for new and innovative financial product initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Krishnan holds a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.
