Background
The bank identified relationship based dynamic pricing as a key component in their strategy to attract and retain customers and were cognizant that their existing infrastructure were not geared towards customer centricity.
The bank selected miRevenue as their target pricing platform for retail liabilities product service charging to address the following:
- Enable the launch of innovative pricing plans with quick time to market
- Streamline service charging capabilities currently spread across multiple systems into a single scalable platform and ensure revenue capture
